Both. I have both, same issue.
August 7, 2018 at 7:47 am #145238Did you format the SD using the Corebook? Chuwi devices are very fussy about SD formatting. My Hi9 won’t recognize 128GB SD unless the Hi9 formatted it.
August 3, 2018 at 6:06 pm #145140Tab S4 will have an LTE version (which will weigh 1 gram more, 483 grams vs. 482). I need LTE, so for me, anything without LTE cannot “kill” the S4 with LTE.
July 28, 2018 at 4:21 pm #144861Chuwi logic: a ton of cheap thermal paste is the same as a little expensive thermal paste. ????
April 11, 2018 at 11:06 pm #141850- Try a different charger.
- Check voltage on battery (voltmeter on charging port pigtail). Battery could be charged, but VR is bad.
- In battery is not charged, replace the battery.
- If no joy at this point, recycle the device. You just lost the Shenzen lottery.

April 8, 2018 at 11:41 pm #141665??? … I’m not a seller, but I’ll help you instead of being offended. Brand new at Walmart, BestBuy, etc., USD 549.99. Repairable models on eBay ~ USD100. Working models on eBay USD 220+.
Some further advice: if I were buying one of these monsters, I would buy new, because a used model may have a 3 year old battery. If you can’t afford new, buy a used one that won’t charge and replace the battery. If battery replacement doesn’t work, resell it as “parts only with new battery” and you may recoup your investment.
April 8, 2018 at 7:34 pm #141661If new, get a refund and buy a new one.
If bought used, attach external display to HDMI port. If nothing shows, put a pigtail on the charging port, attach voltmeter, see if the battery is charged. If not charged, unless it has a screwed-on back (I don’t own an H10), get your heat gun and spudgers out, and confirm battery is connected. If connected, replace battery. If battery good, it’s bricked. You’ll need to flash the EEPROM (no guarantee that will fix it) or toss it.
April 8, 2018 at 7:24 pm #141660@Jose, just search “Samsung 18.4-inch Galaxy View tablet” on eBay, or
http://www.samsung.com/global/galaxy/galaxy-view/
and click Buy Now.
(The Galaxy View is ancient… Android 5.1, and Full HD, but there’s nothing else like it, which is why it’s still in production.)
April 8, 2018 at 7:39 am #141649Could be a bad panel… have you tried an external display?
April 8, 2018 at 7:36 am #141648My advice… try to get a refund, not an exchange. If you ask for an exchange from a CN vendor, you’ll get a new set of problems in somebody else’s returned unit. Get your money back, then try the slot machine again (order another F7).
April 8, 2018 at 7:33 am #141647As to comics, pick up a Samsung 18.4-inch Galaxy View tablet, circa 2015 device. Now under USD 100 on eBay.
There is no “does it all” device. Though I own some, I dislike 2-in-1 devices … I’d rather have a real notebook or a real tablet. Too many close calls with the 2-in-1 panel detaching. Many very close calls.. catching the panel mid-air.
March 30, 2018 at 7:10 am #141297If it happens again, do NOT turn it on. Put it upside down, opened, in an oven at no more than 140F (open the oven door and try to maintain 110F) and “bake it” for about 6 hours. Let it cool to room temperature, then press the power button.
I think you’ll have to toss the damaged Jumper.
March 26, 2018 at 9:06 pm #141124Your post led me to an exchange with BG, who said that only Kingston uSD should be used in the T10. I got a Lexar uSD card to work, but it had to be formatted by the T10. External formatting did not work. Samsung and Patriot uSD did not work in my E3C6 T10.
March 25, 2018 at 5:42 am #141070You must remove the boot partition from the eMMC.
