Was anyone able to solve this or  get a replacement battery? Mine doesn’t last more than 5 hours even if I just watch videos. Is there a way to benchmark the actual capacity?

I’ve tried a fresh install with the latest drivers listed above and from from Intel and it still will not disable the keyboard and trackpad when flipped.  Very frustrating.

In fact, the performance for browser on Mac is significantly better than Linux and the overall performance and thermal is also better than the Windows 10 that came with it as well.

IMHO, Mac is a good OS for this tablet, gets to exploit lots of its’ capabilities.

Hi Chris, I have the same problem – ie non-working touchscreen.

Had a local shop look at mine whilst I waited. he disconnected the keyboard and mouse ribbons and plugged in a wireless keyboard and mouse via the usb port to test. problem gone. I took it home with the ribbons disconnected and connected my own usb keyboard and mouse to back up data from the laptop.

Adding an external mouse makes it possible to work on my F15 for many hours, but disabling the mouse, the cursor keeps moving to the left, so I’ll have to type my ‘unlock’ code backwards… The touchpad is not working anymore.

I bought mine from Banggood in December 2019 and I had the problem on September, 25th

The key that is failing is +/=, the problem is randomic, but it is worse when the laptop is working for at least 30min

I have Linux (KDE Neon based on Ubuntu 20.04) and I was able to disable the key using xKeyCaps at every session start.

Hi everybody. Just installed Android 9 Pie (Bliss 11.11) . Everything works included sleep mode and Bluetooth audio. Only audio from the speaker doesn’t work, nor with external DAC usb. At present time I think it’s impossible to do better…
