hi guys, installed v3 from mirek today and i’m also facing this problem….but for me is a bit worst as the on screen only briefly appears, then to go dark again….

can only get it going if i press for about 30s to totaaly shut down and then restart android…!

I have same problem. Battery expanded pushing keyboard up so laptop can`t be closed.

I removed battery and it`s working on power adapter just fine. One problem with that solution – without weight in bottom half it tilts and swings without hands on the keyboard.

Not only has there been no response to my query here, there seems to be very little info on this site about the Chuwi 10X, despite it having been available since the begining of 2020. Is there a reason for this I should know about before I make a decision to purchase?

Yeah, touch is always the issue, i even tryed one of those desktop android builds like phoenixos and it all worked except touch and wifi. Chuwinreally used non standard parts in this one

I did try the 32 bit drivers. I think I had trouble getting the touchscreen to work or something. It was a while ago, ended up just re-imaging it to 32 bit. I think you’re right about the speed, probably not worth it.

I have not because i have read online of experiences like you had. I gotta ask, did you try the driver backups for the 32 bit version?

Also, 2 gigs is not enough for a x64 os, at least not if you wanna run anything at decent speed.

I tried with a PB from amazon with 12V1.5A via type-c with QC3.0 and PD3.0 support and it’s not charging. Go figure what’s actually needed.

The Ugreen actually charges at 36W max so it should be faster tha 11W, even so why not at 18W anyway?
What power are you getting from that charger?

First, do a backup of your  using this G Suite backup solution to store it safely in the cloud. Then do a complete reset and it should fix this problem. If this problem continues to occur, I recommend you to contact Google support to find another solution.
