I suggest you use the latest upgrade (November?), Since you have to unbrick anyway.

Yes, I used the August update for the unbricking. I am waiting for the November update to come by OTA. I do not want to risk bricking the tablet again by manually downloading, as it can be a pain.

So I done a reinstall of Windows 10 and it seems it was a driver issue. I had no bluetooth either. SO ran a driver programme to locate all drivers etc.

I used the same exact upgrade software version as in the video tutorial, and for some reason it doesn’t recognize any alldocube firmware.

I used the August version but I think there is now a November update.

I don’t know why I decided to upgrade to the latest frimware from the original June one, and the process stopped in the middle and the tablet is bricked 🙁

I wanted to ask which firmware I should chose? The one in the YT tutorial or the original one from june 2020?

I hope I’ll be able to fix it….

I own a Teclast F7 Plus for 2 years now.
All FN keys are working as expected so I’m thinking:

1. Your laptop’s keyboard keys are not working. Better check if this is working with an external/USB keyboard.
2. Your firmware is not updated.
3. Your keyboard driver is not updated.

Is it possible to play cat ninja on this device?

Sorry for you guys, but it’s a faulty batch of bmax y13  from first half of 2020. It will not work without blue screens never, no matter what you do, it has hardware problems with memory. That’s reason why sometimes chrome crash and get closed randomly.

I was having that problem sometime, after thermal mod for cpu, some keys not working properly, needs like 30 times pushing to get a response.

just in case it helps, I fixed it by leaving it discharge for two-three days, that made the BIOS reset and voila! that made the trick!

I bought my F15 in October and while it looks great it is full of flaws.
