This is now resolved. Also found that the USB debugger on the tablet had to be enabled to transfer files from PC to the tablet.

As I mentioned in my previous post, I already tried a simple capacitive pen, without much success. You can also check the youtube video I posted.

Please update us if you find any pen worth using. I’m interested in simple PDF marking and highlighting, nothing fancy.

If this can help anyone, all USB-C cables doesn’t work with this tablet because the connection port is too deep and some of them doesn’t make propper contact. I bought a Choetech cable and this works fine.

same problem here with the eclast F15 laptop suddenly typing spaces on its own constantly. it blocks all functions of the laptop accept a forced shutdown holding the power key. it also occurs in BIOS scrolling the options of whichever menu I access.

second fault with this machine in only 5 months, the first being the power jack shorting out internally.

I found the solution ,you need to download the drivers for the h2m2 model. You will have zip called “Drivers_20200324”. Then just extract this and run the “InstallDriver.cmd”

I abandoned this machine quite a while ago. Even after getting the new batteries sorted it still always ended up being a hassle to use and I got tired of the frustration.  I’m sorry to hear about your batteries, but it may be a sign to finally move on to something better.

Well, my replacement batteries from AliExpress started to leak, they would neither recharge anymore nor power the ezbook at all.

Well….I seem to have bought a lemon with a lemon forum. Shocking internet response and NO user response

So I contacted Banggood, they told me to take it to a laptop service point. Completely illogical response since the first thing they will try to fix is the keyboard.

I also have the same problem (with a y13 n4120)  after a win10 update. I went to the BMAX website. My laptop says on the back that it is a H2M3. When I used that in the download section there was a large zip file with drivers, but there is no GSensor stuff in the zip file.

Does anyone know where to find the GSensor stuff for the H2M3?
