Hi guys,  The Fn and Esc keys would no longer work after the last windows update for some reason?  I used the system restore to take back to a previous date and it is now working. I don’t have a clue as to what could have happened?

I have a problem with my Teclast F5. It is charging via USB-C port, yes but it doesn’t provide data transfer. What should I do to achieve this? I’m on Win10 Pro. Could you upload your drivers for USB-C or tell me what to do?

For the Teclast F15 model, the keyboard shortcut to turn on the 2 levels of keyboard backlighting is Fn + Esc.

I let all Windows 10 update run but uninstalled the Intel graphics driver which came with one update.

I’ve reinstalled Windows 10 last week.

Everything went smooth. Didn’t even need to use the backup of the drivers.

Now the EZBook is way more responsive. Had I known the results would be these I would have reinstalled months ago.

I tried this .. but unfortunally it seems there is a issue with the packed files. 7Zip gives me a error on unpacking the 3 (zip, z01, z02) files. I also downloaded them 2 times to eliminate a download issue ..

Meanwhile I reduced the blue screen issue to a Intel grafic driver .. but not solved yet.

Which update was this Windows or a Bios update? The shortcut to turn it on no longer works? Was it FN + Esc? Or FN + space?

Does anyone use an active pen with the Y13? I bought the BMAX PEN for the Y11 – but unfortunately it does not worg with the Y13…

Waiting to see if anyone has battery life reports and linux touch/pen support reports but the newer version of the Y11 is supposed to have a better CPU as well. Might be what I end up with.

Having an issue with bmax y13 flickering got it the first day it got delivered to me. Any suggestions? the bmax contact email doesnt respond on what to do with display cable.
