CPU: All cores 2.2~2.3GHz (can’t hit 2.5GHz as power limited)

I also experienced the Intel driver incompatibility issue but didn’t get the keyboard problem at that point or during further updates. It may be heat related though. There are a number of devices in the market but referring you a proper buying guide will help you to find the best one on the internet.

Need the latest BIOS and drivers because of auto shutdown earlier at 30 till 50 percent battery power.

Such an attitude is truly inconceivable and unacceptable, if you Giuliano know how to intervene, I would agree with you to take action against Teclast

Hi Viktor I took a photo of the battery when I had to disassemble my BMAX Y13. I share to you in order you can know the reference number of the battery. I think it is a generic battery and you can find it on AliExpress.

@geoffn Good to hear that you revived it. I think the OTA updates don’t come through with the earliest versions of the firmware, but hopefully now if they bring out any further updates they will come through OTA for you.

Thank you. I followed your unbricking procedure and it worked for me, admittedly after several failed attempts. The new firmware was loaded and I managed to restore the tablet from a backup. It would have been so much easier to have received the firmware update OTA by WiFi in the first place. I think I’ll leave firmware updates until these come OTA.

I too have just attempted to install the latest firmware but have ended up bricking the tablet. I’m not convinced that I executed the update properly. My question is, how can I unbrick the tablet and restore it to its original state, without installing the new firmware? Hi guys. Had the same problem after reinstalling Windows 10. I got the original image of the ssd.

And was able to extract all drivers with Double Driver.

I also extracted the complete original (untouched) image into the Acronis format.
