I have 256 gig version. When i put it to second ssd slot, the computer acts like completely dead.  I could not turn it on until removing that cheap ssd.  Maybe i couldn’t place it well, or mine is broken. Btw where can i get that usb dongle?

Try to unplug and plug battery. Hope it will work.

I pushed it pretty hard actually. Maybe the tape i used couldn’t keep it in place. If it is as you say that wouldn’t be problem, cause i need to sell the ssd and i don’t want to sell any broken thing 😀 Thanks for replies Chris.

After putting it to the  second ssd slot, the device acts like completely dead so I couldn’t reach bios. I guess I did it correctly, since the ssd is shorter than the slot I put it with a tape. But computer doesn’t turn on until I remove it. After removing it and pushing the power button it started turning on and off 2-3 times, then turned on normally. I guess this is because I pressed to power button 2-3 times while the second ssd was inserted.

After waiting one month, they suggested me to wait another month. And finally i canceled it. I guess they do not want to sell that device from 220 usd. Then why they made that flash sale? Anyway, stay away from this website unless you really dont need the device and bought for fun, can wait 2-3 months without complaining.

jsdfj That is not entirely correct. The grounding wire would only protect the case of the charger and would not remove leaking AC voltage that is getting to the DC side of the charger/convert. If you took apart a charger with 3 prongs, you would notice that the grounding wire does not actually attach the main circuit board. The grounding wire is also NOT being carried to the laptop itself because the charger only uses 2 wires. It’s possible to set the ground wire a metal insulation of the charging wire, but I’m fairly certain that our cheap chargers do not have this insulation. The charge we are filling is obviously AC power that is not being properly separated from the DC side. In other words: It’s a faulty charger.

 

In long term does this faulty charger affect the life of battery? Damn, i wish i bought xiaomi air instead of this

I purchased Jumper ezbook 3 pro on 5.9, and still they didn’t ship. While looking around posts here, i noticed that some other guys who bought after me got their gadget already. And they said they’ll ship mine between 6.10-10.10 .

The reason i don’t cancel the order is because i really need it. I will never buy from gearbest again, and never suggest to others.

Thanks for writing your pleasement! I’m waiting mine, and it does not really felt good just seeing topics about issues/ complaints. Probably that’s because most of users does not need to write their pleasure.
