At first, it worked well, without any problem. Last week I didn’t use my tablet and today I have tried to turn on it. But it does not turn on and the tablet does not charge.

Hi there, if use a Thermal Pad like this one – IC Graphite thermal pad that i found on Amazon.

I was thinking of using it instead of the copper shim and paste. what do you guys think ?

If i buy the copper shim and paste it will get close to a good thermal pad…

Same problem here… received X6 Pro yesterday and stylus TL T6 not working with the tablet. Tried the stylus on Chuwi Ubook and surprisignly works (with erratic behaviour) but it seems not to be a problem about stylus?

No worries, my Brother has two many gadgets apparently and is willing to part with an older Surface Pro complete with stylus and keyboard. It’s about as good as I can ask for and comes in cheaper than anything I’d buy new ($100). I would have spent that trying to fix my Hi12.

Good news: Cloudready v76.4 has working touchpad, including two finger gestures such as scrolling and pinch to zoom. However the touchscreen doesn’t work.

Sorry for the delayed response, but while that file was ridiculously useful for other things, the touchpad driver itself gives errors when restoring from driverbackup or when installing manually. “File could not be found” is the issue it gives when installing it. :-/

Bluetooth to headphones, ok
Touchscreen, ok
Rotation sensor detected, ok
Brightness control, ok
External usb keyboard, ok
Bluetooth keyboard, ok
HDMI external display, ok

Battery discharge seems a little bit heavy

After reading these useful posts I was able to turn on my ezbook x3 by completely draining the battery and then plugging in the device. It’s working fine now. Thank you!

Just bad luck with one defective component, no reason to overthink it. Take it to a PC repair shop and pray it is not too expensive.
