I’m trying to help a friend who is having trouble upgrading M.2 SSD in his i35. He bought the WD Blue M.2 SATA SSD but it’s not being recognized. Is there some setting in the BIOS that needs to be changed? (eg. change boot drive setting from RAID to AHCI) I cannot find anyone who has upgraded the SSD and what the installation procedure is. Or…[Read more]

These problems may really be the flaws of this laptop itself. Therefore, we should promptly discover these issues. Avoid repeating these problems. Sure enough, there is a saying that the price determines the quality.

I just wrote a little review of this procedure but my post disappeared, don’t really understand why… Not going to write it again, all I’m going to say is that I can confirm that Giovanni’s tutorial worked for me and that I managed to clone emmc to ssd successfully with the Jumper Ezbook 3 pro v6 (July, 2018 from Gearbest) once the bios was…[Read more]

I think there may be a battery problem, you can go to the repair shop, they can better find your computer problem or hardware problem. If it’s a battery problem, you can search directly on AliExpress.

I went to the Microsoft Store and they connected it to power and tried to reset it to no avail. They said it was a hardware issue. Unsure what I can do now.

What’s the fault rate of this computer?
Last year I bought one only to start failing after six months of use, charging problems, ssd not being recognized etc. Returned it for a free repair and they say they couldn’t repair it. Did they return it to me? of course not, because they “lost it”. Super angry I asked for a full refund because regardless…[Read more]

@elenjaime Hi, please try this. Hold the power button down for 15 seconds. Then plug it in and leave it for 4 hours charging. Then press the power button for 4 seconds. It should come back to life. Let us know how you get on!

have you tried running it in battery saving mode? Mine so far is ok. I’ll have a look in the bios tonight to see if there are any difference. Are you using and charging the device at the same time?

crixster replied to the topic Tips on how to use Stylus (pen) in the forum Teclast F6 Pro 7 years ago
Enable “ignore touch input when i’m using my pen”. It’s under pen settings somewhere. It did help my teclast x4 but writing on it is still bad as my stylus inks the screen even before touching it

damn this is another example of why manufacturers should not design anything with a glass screen/bezel unless it is absolutely necessary for touch input etc.

I was holding escape while trying to power it on, kinda surprised it worked. Only settings I messed with were Ram frequency and vram size. It reset both settings when it did finally come back to life again.

Doesn’t seem to work… tried it with the attachable keyboard and a USB one. I suppose holding it for 13 seconds is to shut it down in case it is turned on? Holding ESC while booting it does nothing sadly…
Also, do you know if this thing comes apart easily? I bought a CH341A BIOS reprogrammer thingy, so maybe I can reflash the BIOS that way.
