Chuwi Hi13(first revision model) with keyboard and stylus H3 pen!

User Rating: 10

Been using this tablet since April 2017 and have had zero issues and everything was(and still is), as expected from Chris’s review on this site. A nice silent tablet with a really great screen, that is fast enough to be a good universal/general use tablet or laptop even, if you use the keyboard. For 3D gaming or more advanced/processer heavy tasks like video/image editing in Adobe in comes in a little short in processing power. But other than that, great!   🙂

The only thing, which isn’t a fault on the unit itself, it would be nice if the support from Chuwi was a little better. This is my first Chinese import tablet, so I guess I’m a little used to have acces to a  software download section on the manufacturers homepage(like drivers and firmware updates).

And so, not needing to search forums for this…..so this people(new to buying chinese imports) need to have in mind.

Also, information from Chuwi about they have later launced a new hardware revision of the Hi13 model, which needs separate drivers for things like touchscreen and accelerometer sensor(according to feedback from buyers), would have been nice of them to let customers aware of, if they should choose to re-install windows 10 in order to change language or maybe just to “clean up” the tablet later on.

And while I’m at it, information about what requirements a new USB-C power supply would need to fulfill, in order to feed the Hi13 model with power, would also have been a nice piece of info from Chuwi. So, that the customers would know it needs to support PD(Power Delivery) and can output 12V/min. 2amps or fulfills “profile 3” of the PD standard. So that people don’t get confused and buy QuickCharge(QC)USB power supplies that don’t work.

But these are all external circumstances from the unit itself, which as I mentioned, I have nothing to complain about.
