This is not a bad tablet, however mine shows pretty severe screen tearing whenever I scroll. It also shows random visual noise when I view large PDF files. I’ve seen reports of this happening to other people on youtube. It looks like this

I’ve read this can be solved by manually updating the firmware, there are a number of these tablets shipped with a hardware revision/firmware mismatch. If you have this tablet and it is labeled on the back as hardware revision T2E2 you can solve this problem by downloading the correct firmware here:

Unfortunately, I have hardware revision T2E1, which can possibly be fixed by downloading the latest firmware revision labeled
T20 (T2E1)-Android7.1.1-V1.23.rar
I cannot find a reasonable way to download this software in the USA. It requires a Baidu account which I could not get working. So heads up on this tablet, there are substantial software issues with some of these and solving the issue is not simple. Would it be possible for Tech Tablets to track down this firmware and post it?
