My tablet knote 5 boot loop windows at power on or restart. In bios settings press F4 (save settings) , at this moment restart normally windows.
What is the problem? Any solution?

But it sounds like you have the wrong boot order. Please go into the bios and check that the storage with Windows boot manager is first in the boot order, save and exit it should work.
