With the remix only version, this tablet seems to have some issues. it will freeze often. If you use an SD card it will freeze about every 5 minutes. I have a remix mini, and I dont have any of these issues. So it seems to be a conflict with the device it is running on.
The real frustrating part is the complete lack of support from Chuwi itself. I have opened 3 tickets with no response at all. Not even an automated response to let me know they got the ticket. There are a number of other users on their forums stating the same problems, with the tablet and the complete lack of support.
Things go wrong, it happens, but its the silence from chuwi itself through their support site that is disturbing. Why but trust in a company that acts this way? Its like rolling the dice when you buy a product.
Has a lot of potential, looks like a good deal, but buyers beware. This is a buggy flawed tablet (the remix only version) and I would advise against buying it. And based on the total lack of support, I would stay away from any of their products, which is just a same.
