When I unboxed my F7 a few months ago I was excited at the prospect of a nice looking piece of hardware. After using it for awhile it constantly freezes up, and there is a horizontal line on the top of the screen running at a diagonal all the way across. My only option it seems is to send it back to China. Wish I would have spent more money on a better brand. It does have a nice display and the form factor is very thin and appears to be well built. Cant live with the other major flaws though.

Seems you got a bad laptop. That sucks. Been using mine non-stop for quite some time now and it’s rock solid. The screen is amazing – matte and pleasant to stare at. Fast WIFI, great keyboard. Very little not to like. Friends have ordered the very same model after seeing mine.
