Please better describe how your computer starts.  Does the screen power on?  Does your power light come on?  Maybe your screen does not power on, and your power light flashes?  To know what the problem is, I need more information.

Hi, I changed the CPU limit in the BIOS increasing it to 9 Watts. When, then, I checked on hwinfo the limit was always 6 watts.

The same as mine.I have Tried a full cycle to calibrate my battery.
After about 4 hours of use, the battery indicator will be 5% and the computer will be in hibernation.

However, even if the battery display becomes 0% after restarting, it can be used for several hours.

if it helps somebody I’m using the 20000mah powerbank from xiaomi ”mi powerbank 3 pro” 45w and works like a charm… it charges the cubemix very fast and no problem till now

I think I’ve had something similar happen a few times, it seemed that the undocking it from the keyboard for a moment helped calm it down. But this only happened a 2-3 times so I’m not 100% sure.

I think Xiaomi is a good choice if you are considering but it’s not unbranded or little known at all. You should choose popular brand like this if you don’t have much information about technology, new brands will have some bugs that cannot be fixed

I had the same problem… I reinstalled Platform Flash Tool Lite several times and many versions, but drivers included do not work… finally I downloaded “Intel Android Driver”  from https://software.intel.com/en-us/android/articles/intel-usb-driver-for-android-devices

and magically now, Flash tools find my Chuwi device…

I did the thermal mod for the Cube Mix and also set the above mentioned 22.5W limits with the -70mV offset (though not sure that I did correctly) Checking with OCCT Processor gets 90C within a minute and than processor throttling happens. I tried disable intel virtualization technology .. didn’t work… Chuwi Support basically says they have no parts to repair the Surbook so there’s nothing they can do.

It seems that it’s related to heat issues though, the problem only surfaces when the Surbook heats up
