Probably way too late but this sounds like the typical symptoms of an over-discharged battery where the circuit will refuse to charge it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=USiHsce4vbU

The fix is to charge it manually a little bit with a power supply (or replace it, obviously). Could be something else too but this seems to be the most typical issue.

Hi, mines not detected the brand either this is common. But it seems like maybe one battery cell is bad? Please try a full cycle to calibrate your battery. To do so run the laptop until it powers off. Then turn it on again and again until it will not power on anymore. Leave it to charge overnight.

This will recalibrate the battery.

Just got a T6S from Amazon Teclast store (Italy)… It works!!!!

The T6S and TL-T6 are identical, but the new one works very well with no setting to do in Windows. There is only a new writing 12.6″ just after the Teclast logo.

So is it official that you need PPS?

Linux runs without any problem version xubuntu 18, kernel 5. But no camera. who knows drivers ?

I’d use Double Driver to make a backup of all drivers currently installed on your own system & download the driver packs from the site just in case. Looks like some of the drivers were updated and you never know which works on any system….
