I own a Jumper EZbook 3 Pro. 6gb of ram. Emmc 64gb. I don’t think I have the V4 since I can’t (and didn’t) play with the BIOS (it is locked).

Hmm thats bad, I would say try to get aftersale support, this is most probably a warranty issue, I haven’t taken mine apart, but I guess, the RAM will be soldered in, so either find a really skilled SMD HW guy, or try to send it back, or just to make sure, reinstall windows from factory reset, update all drivers, and in BIOS reduce RAM frequency…[Read more]

Received a new battery today. After replacing it still NADA, no battery or SSD status light. So it’s not the battery in my case. The only possible problem I can see is the power adapter circuit board.

I have another small problem with the Y13: Where are the keys PageUp and PageDown?

I have taken into account the same as you, I am from Mexico but I have seen in Amazon that smartphone chargers with QC 3.0 only give 18W.
I saw others with PD that reach 45W and have seen that they charge smartphones, 360 tablets and laptops.
Exactly the “Ugreen charger PD 45W”

I changed the SSD and when installing Windows I had no problem with the drivers, only the touch did not work on one of these days, after updating the windows and recovering.

For the hinge sensor, look for a video on YT.

I updated drivers with official ones found on Xiaomi website.

I ordered the “OMARS”-Power-Bank from the spanish youtube-video and it arrived me today. It charges the Y13 – so I am happy now 🙂

Update, for my Y13 I ordered the Teclast F6 Pro screen protector, its nice plastic glass, but too small, don’t bother to use it.

Can anyone recommend a glass/plastic-glass protector for the Y13?
