Using the official drivers hasn’t helped…think only a BIOS update will be able to solve the WIFI problems.

Thanks for the reply Chris. To clarify, it takes longer to open Chrome tabs (Chrome itself & even other software like word) than the Civiltop. Scrolling in chrome (even in google.com) is laggy when using a mouse but OK using trackpad.

Thanks for the tip, yes it has does work for other tablets. I think it’s when it doesn’t power off/on correctly and is stuck in a boot loop.

Doesn’t seem right as per my review and my own laptop. Check the thermals with HWinfo that it’s not throttling. Also, update your Intel graphics drivers and make sure nothing is running in the background. Something is definitely not right.

Hi i got this one too… fast charger …like 1% per minute …. but it blew up …. so am back to the stock slow charger … it tried rock sugar charger PD 3.0 type c but it doenst even charge i feel cheated by jumia after the import… im waiting for them to return it

I’m sorry but that Pipo W2 is quite a poor 2-in-1… You need to do a clean install, delete the partition and fresh in Windows install.

I connected 12V bulb to discharge battery to recharge it.  Balancing circuit had a issue of mischarged…. so after draining battry 12v bulb for 3 to 4min I removed it and checked via multimeter

Turns out there are tiny clasps all around the heatsink. I had to stab into them a little to loosen their grip and gently pried apart the heatsink
