Nice in general but full-size USB does not work

Hi everyone,

I have just received my Cube i10. In general I am satisfied except that the full-size USB port does not work. It seems to be a driver error because in the Device Manager under Universal Serial Bus controllers I can see a yellow triangle with the text:
Unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
it happens for my mouse/USB stick/external hard drive/card reader.

Do you have a fix?
