Deals: New 128GB Allocube X Version Selling for $299

Deals: New 128GB Allocube X Version Selling for $299

Update: Gearbest now has it in stock and on flash sale for $299.

Alldocube’s 10.5″ Android 8.0 tablet with a Samsung SAMOLED screen is now selling with double the internal storage. 128GB eMMC with up to 128GB MicroSD support, the version I reviewed had 64GB like all the Indiegogo crowdfunded models. It’s selling at Gearbest for $299.99 on flash sale.

The X is one of the better tablets I’ve reviewed recently, very thin just 6.9mm. Light with than alloy unibody. The key stand out feature, of course, is that fully laminated AMOLED screen only one other tablet uses it Samsung’s own Tab S4.

  1. Does anyone else have a problem playing 10 bit HDR x265 on their alldocube X? The colours look dull and washed out

    • Yes, everyone
They didn’t optimized the software for the screen

    • Mentioned in my review the lack of Miravison is to blame. Crazy they didn’t include this screen tweaking application for colors and white balance etc.

  2. Samsung just released a new tablet with the same screen, the Samsung s5e. It’s $399

  3. can I use this as a large phone so I don’t carry 2 things at once?

    • Not this one as it’s not a 4G tablet like all the Helio X27 ones I’ve reviewed.

  4. I think the Huwei Mediapad Lite is a better buy at around the same price. It has a gorgeous screen, stylus in the box, awesome quad speakers, excellent battery and more. I’ve got the original Mediapad M5 4G and adore it. Alldocube products are hit and miss. In my view, they are third in ranking to the better quality budget China tech companies; Teclast and Chuwi take the tops spots. That said, if Chris is recommending this newbie then perhaps things have improved since I last tried one of their products, which left me telling my friends to “Alldoavoid!!!” LOL

    • I wanted to review the M5 but it’s really too late now. It does look good, you have the 10″ version right with 2560 x 1600 screen. Trouble is it’s a bit expensive but still a great chip with decent enough GPU. And it does have widevine Level 1 cert for Netflix in full HD?

What this X model has going for it is the super deep blacks, fully laminated and super bright SAMOLED. Really is a stunning screen a bit like the 2560 x 1600 panel in the Hi9 Plus and Teclast T20. It’s also super thin and light with a great 3.5mm output. Stock ROM.

      • I believe the Mediapad Lite he mentions has a 1920×1200 screen, and only Widevine L3. It’s around the same price as this Alldocube. I’d say the Alldocube is by far the best option.
