My recommendation:

Take the partial refund and take it to a PC repair shop. Don’t send it back to China. They’ll probably say the laptop can’t be repaired and will not send it back to you (this happened to my with Gearbest).

Also I would be interested in the f5r drivers but I don’t know how to download them, we need a baidu account that I don’t have, can someone help me?

I’ve tried several usb-c chargers. And sadly, no, it doesn’t work. You can only use the charger supplied with the laptop.

Could you please try to use pciutils for Windows and do a “lspci -nn” to be sure we have the same touchpad ? I will try to extract it with another technique if it is the same 🙂

I hope anyone is kind enough to let me know if I could possibly charge my Lapbook Plus with a powerbank over usb-A port? I have battery’s left from a broken tablet and a laptop and like to connect them. But there is no use if the lapbook can’t be charged with such a contraption.
