Serious freezing issues, no support at all
With the remix only version, this tablet seems to have some issues. it will freeze often. If you use an SD card it will freeze about every 5 minutes. I have a remix mini, and I dont have any of these issues. So it seems to be a conflict with the device it is running on. The real frustrating part is the complete lack of support from Chuwi itself. I have the Teclast X16 Pro and love it. I ordered and just received one of these from Gearbest. No charger. Not one in the box. According to Gearbest they will include the appropriate charger for your country. Apparently not. Never again.
