Got around to looking at the internals of the X3 Pro, as I suspected there is a SIM reader on the motherboard and a spare M.2 slot for a 4G modem. The build quality is good, nicely laid out. Good to see Teclast used some copper in there on the heatsink and not aluminium. Today if DHL and FedEx deliver on time, I will have the new Teclast Air III, their budget retina slower Atom Z3735F Bay Trail. This model is dirt cheap at $130 for a retina 4:3 tablet and can be flashed to dual boot Windows and Android if you want that, Teclast did release the files to convert the Air III to Dual OS for this.
