Chuwi Hi10 Plus Review Online With Pros & Cons

My Chuwi Hi10 Plus review is online if you missed it on YouTube it’s below. My rating, listed pros and cons can be found here: Chuwi Hi10 Plus review.
It’s not a bad 3:2 dual OS tablet, just not perfect. Missing full sized USB ports, the stylus isn’t pressure sensitive and the 3.5mm jack has some static. Besides this, it has a nice bright screen with ambient light sensor, good performance for an Atom Z8300 (once the RAM is set to 1600Mhz, mine was set to 1066mhz) and a decent solid build to it. Not to mention Remix OS 2.0 and Windows 10 Home. This Hi10 Plus is currently selling for $200 over at GearBest.

Yes, that’s some cat click bait for the video thumbnail! This video features Vera the cat, who insisted she must be in my video review.

  1. I love this tablet. Only one problem- the stylus is terrible for note taking, and I was really hoping to be able to use the Nebo app, as it seems to do exactly what I want to do . Maybe its because I’m a lefty, but right now the stylus seems to be so bad, I could never efficiently use it for not taking. Any stylus/app/settings suggestions would be helpful.

    • Unfortunately I never found a solution – the H2 stylus is pretty much useless. The rest of the tablet is brilliant, but for note taking it’s no good at all. Maybe a driver update sometime may improve it, but I doubt it.

  2. I use the device chuwi hi10 plus dual os windows 10 and remix os 2.0 at this point, I would like to ask, what if when I reset windows os? whether remix os is not interrupted? vitur switch does not disappear? Thanks

  3. Hahaha, I LOLd because of Vera 😀

  4. Hi,
I just received mine a few minutes ago!
I can find any way to switch from Android to Windows (the other way around is straight forward) without booting up.
Can;t find any key or app already installed that does the job. Can you help?

    Thank you ,
    Yannis

  5. Seems interesting, saw it over at Geekbuying for $199 as well.

  6. Hi

Can the tablet be charged via the micro usb port or only the usb type c port?

    • Hi,

You can charge it only via usb type c port

  7. Have you tried the Hi2 stylus on the Hi10 Pro? I’d be interested to know if it’s the stylus that’s the problem or the digitizer (since I ordered the Hi10 pro just before I saw your review, and was really hoping to use it with the stylus….)

  8. What do you thinks, what’s the best one in this price range?
Chuwi Hi10 Plus/Hibook Pro vs. Pipo W1S vs. Teclast X98 Plus II or something else? I need a Dual OS(Android/Remix+Win10) ~10″ tablet, with 4Gb Ram.
