Deals: Chuwi HiPad – Helio X27 Tablet for $145

Chuwi hipad

There’s a new coupon for Chuwi’s new Helio X27 tablet. This 10.1″ tablet has a couple of things going for it, the screen firstly is a much easier 1920 x 1200 resolution for the Mali-T800 MP4 to drive and not 2560 x 1600 like the other tablets. And secondly, it has the Helio X27, which in my experience with the Teclast Master T20 is quite a bit faster than the Helio X20 or Helio X23. The X27 ahs a max turbo of  2.6Ghz. And the GPU is clocked much higher at 875Mhz Vs 780Mhz

Coupon GB&TAHiPad lowers the price down to $145.99, the deal is here. I’ll no doubt review this one as I’m interested to see how it will perform with the lower screen resolution but only 3GB of RAM. The screen is also fully laminated, it has a metal build but there is no modem on this one. Not an LTE tablet. So also no GPS.

The Battery is 7000mAh which is around 1650mah smaller than the Mi Pad 4 Plus. But should still be good for I would guess around 10 hours.

  1. Sorry to post a link from another review website but the only review I have seen so far is promising!

  2. These are starting to ship! Ordered mine 04/10.

  3. Well…. There it goes. I checked with gearbest why it took so long for the order to process. Turns out they are out of stock! Re-stock not earlier then end of this month. So i cancelled it. Big disappointment

  4. Okay. I ordered one. Hope it gets here soon as it is holiday in china again… Pffffff

    • I ordered one too, seemed to be good bargain. Is this a completely fresh product? I haven’t seen any reviews yet hope it is a quality product. Yeah, the holiday sucks that we have to wait an extra week.

      • I’ve taken the plunge too based on the spec. I have not seen any reviews so far. Hopefully they will be good when they come!

  5. Hi Chris, have you found the brightness for this anywhere? I’m wondering whether to get this or the T20. This is obviously much better value but Chuwi seem to have an issue with screen brightness on their tablets!

  6. Without having it in hand it’s hard to say, but the Teclast Master T20 with the same chip but with 4GB of RAM did well. On paper the Helio X27 should be around 25% faster than the Galaxy Tab S2 and with the lower res of 1920 x 1200 I think it would be faster.

  7. Hi Chris

Is this tablet performance wise better than the Samsung galaxy tab s2 t813? I want a new tablet but is has to perform as or better than the s2
