Finally got my hands on the second Chuwi Laptop, the Lapbook 14.1 this model is more impressive over the 15.6″ model I reviewed thanks to it’s new Apollo Lake Celeron N3450, 4GB of dual channel 1600Mhz RAM and the option to even add an SSD in there to expand storage and boost boot and system speeds. Wireless is handled by the excellent dual antenna Intel Wireless AC 3165 chipset with g...[Read More]
Chuwi Lapbook 14.1 downloads. Drivers, Windows 10 Home images and bios updates (When available from Chuwi) To restore the drivers, use doubledriver. They have been tested and work fine on a clean Windows 10 install on a M.2 2242 SSD. There is also a driver update to fix the disconnecting microSD card issue with an older RealTek card reader driver. (thanks to Ernst) [wpfilebase tag=list id=213 tpl=...[Read More]
The Chuwi LapBook 14.1 is Chuwi's second laptop after the Lapbook 15.6. This model is 14.1-inches, so it's smaller and is powered by the new Celeron N3450 quad-core CPU, with 4GB of RAM. The build is similar to the larger LapBook 15.6, White high-quality plastic build with a black bezel and matte 1080p screen. This is a budget lapbook, due to sell for under $270 USD on release.
My Vbook V3 Apollo Lake N4200 arrived a few days ago, here the unboxing video with a detailed first look at the Voyo Vbook V3 in action. So far the speed of it is great, dual channel 1600mhz RAM + N4200 2,5Ghz and 128GB SSD means it feels quick and snappy, the keyboard however, hasn’t improved from the Core M3 version I reviewed and the Atom model. The keyboard has some bounce and flex, feel...[Read More]

This one now has the revised Atom X5 Z8350 too, i...[Read More]
The EZBook 2 I reviewed back in June 2016, turn out to be an okay Atom Cherry Trail 14″ laptop for the price. Now Jumper has updated this model, with the new up and coming EZBook 3. It’s powered by an Apollo Lake Celeron N3350, this is a dual core. Not the typical N3450 quad core, so interesting to see how this will affect performance. It’s a 2 core / 2 threads only SoC, so no hy...[Read More]
This is an unboxing video of the Cube Mix Plus, but due to the fact I’m so familiar with the design and it’s essential an upgraded Cube i7 Book it’s almost a review. So the Mix Plus, see the addition of 64GB of SSD sta3 storage bring that to 128GB and a faster Core M3-7Y30 over the i7 Book. That’s the only real change, the other is obvious. It’s now in white and silve...[Read More]
