The Chuwi Hi12 keyboard dock is now finally in stock and shipping out. After such a huge delay at least it’s shipping from Banggood the next day, not sure about other sellers. I just received this email below yesterday and my own unit shipped from China the same day. I hope to have it within 2 weeks for review here on the site and my Dual Boot Chuwi Hi12 should be arriving next week to check out how Android runs on the Hi12.

after a month waiting for gearbest shipping, i cancelled an ordered at banggood. One day after buying, it has been shipped out!!

Hi Chris I’m only waiting your review on the keyboard to pull the trigger 😉 Why do you think any other manufacturer have this surface pro 3 screen yet? I’d love a tbook 10 design with this screen.

It’s odd, I would have expected to see 1 or 2 with that 3:2 ratio 2160 x 1440p screen by now from China or at least announced. I’m sure they are coming, maybe Q3 this year? Hopefully a Core M3 with that screen and a nice keyboard dock.

Hey Chris. I placed my order via Gearbest and they still have no stock, or so it seems. I’ll try to cancel and place an order at Banggood instead. I’m also the guy who bought a Betamax video recorder instead of VHS – at the time LOL. Anyway, looking forward to your review.

Betamax, haha I remember that. It was actually better at the time, just VHS took over. GearBest is hit or miss at the moment like most Chinese sellers. My Teclast X3 Pro order is still unshipped, delayed. I’m not sure what Gearbest do to get the best pricing, but they must order in bulk or something. They really need to improve their turn around time. Often when I cancel and reorder on GB or BG, I luck out and it’s delayed. Just can’t win at times.
