Thanks to Blackburn for letting me know for some reason the special $59 off discount on the Cube i7 Book over at Banggood is still active. seems they forgot to remove it or the sale is still ongoing? I’ve just checked and the coupon does work. Resulting in the i7 Book costing just $269, which is the cheapest anywhere I’ve seen. If you haven’t seen my review the i7 Book supports a...[Read More]
Cube’s iwork1x is an 11.6-inch 1080p Windows 10 tablet (Dual boot version coming soon too) This my first Z8350 tablet, so it will be interesting to see if can tell the difference between this and the old Z8300? Early days yet, but so far the tablet seems okay. Plastic housing means it doesn’t feel as good as the alloy ones. Good to see it has a full sized USB 3.0 port, I’m not a ...[Read More]
It’s that time of year, the new CPU’s are making their way into new models and Cube is the first out of China to use the new Core M3-7Y30. The new generation Core M3 chip has a much higher max turbo over the 6Y30, with a top speed of 2.6Ghz Vs 2.2Ghz on last years 6Y30 in the Cube i7 Book model. The base clock is 100Mhz higher and it uses Intel HD Graphics 615 GPU that has a higher clo...[Read More]

Cube’s i7 Book is one of the best if not the best Chinese stylus enabled tablet currently available. The lowest price recently was $336, user Blackburn found that the 20% off coupon is now working on this item. (Don’t use the coupon in the listing) So coupon b28900 when applied at the check out lowers the price to $294, that’s lower than the big Cube Aliexpress sale a few months ...[Read More]
In my Cube i7 Book Review, one of the cons was palm rejection did not work on the outer edges of the tablet. A few discovered that the latest insider builds had an option to completely disable touch when the pen was detected. Today I tested out the Windows 10 Anniversary update, a large update that tweaks and adds many features including that option to disable touch with the pen. I also tested out...[Read More]
My in-depth video Cube iwork8 Air review is now online, you may have already seen it on YouTube. The iwork8 Air is an upgraded version of the iwork8 Ultimate, the only change is a new 1920 x 1200 panel, so it will now compete with the Chuwi Hi8 Pro, Teclast X80 Pro and X80 Power the other dual boot 8-inch with 1200p screens. The iwork8 Air for it’s $79 price isn’t bad considering the n...[Read More]
I’ve just finished the full written review on the Cube i7 Book, not a bad two in one tablet at all and possibly one of the best (At least the best with stylus support) The full review can be found here: Cube i7 Book Review. Next up is the iwork8 Air and X98 Plus II, later on, the Voyo vBook V3 Core M3 version that arrived today for an unboxing and review. The Voyo vBook V3 Core M3 unboxing ...[Read More]
The Cube i7 gets pretty darn hot, opening it up I discovered the lack of a thermal pad on between the heatsink and outer metal rear housing. Odd because the X3 Pro, Cube i7 stylus and Cube i9 have this, which helps transfer heat away from the SoC and through the rear alloy housing. But Cube opted to not do it this time around to keep the outer metal cooler? And odd choice if you ask me. Well, I de...[Read More]

Posted a few days ago on YouTube, here is the Cube iwork8 Air unboxing. It’s basically just an updated screen in the iWork8. And now called the iwork8 Air, it has a sharper 1920 x 1200 screen. The design and specs are unchanged. Atom X5 Z8300, 2GB of RAM, 32GB eMMC and Wirless N. The battery is a 3600mAh one.
