have a hi12. defective. banggood ignoring me so i must claim fraud through discover. when working no comparison to surface 4 pro or tabpro s. painful buying and after experience. zero customer service from either chuwi or banggood. touch screen sucks in comparison to surface or galaxy or even my cheapy acer v3-575t. i was shocked at how responsive those devices were since i got so used to how unresponsive my hi12 was. screen is so so. not great for media consumption if you’re used to oled or a good monitor. its not very bright. cherry trail is pretty slow even for basic web browsing. package from banggood was already opened and product was NOT new. Really wish review sites like this would talk more about how these products have such qc issues and what a nightmare it will be dealing with these chinese sites if something is wrong with your tablet. Mine is a lemon hope you fare better. Forewarned if you’re considering.
