Chuwi Aerobook 8GB 256GB Version Officially Launches

Chuwi’s Aerobook the Core M3-6Y30 8GB 13.3″ laptop has just officially launched outside of Indiegogo with a 256GB SSD version. This model is $439 with $10 off coupon and a carry bag for first orders on Aliexpress. The Aerobook is Chuwi’s best laptop to date I’ve reviewed with a step up in looks and performance over the Celeron N4100 Lapbook SE and Lapbook Pro Gemini models. And it also supports proper Type-C PD charging, unlike the Lapbook Pro I’m currently using. The Aerobook’s port is a full spec USB 3.1 Gen1 port so not just charging but data and video out.

You can see my review below of the Aerobook from Chuwi. Now I’m just patiently waiting for a Core M3 7Y30 version or better yet the Core M3-8100Y.

  1. The choose of M3-6Y30 explained by Chuwi – its for CHUWI UBook, but i think its true for Aerobook too.

  2. Hi,

Regarding the mass-produced 256GB SSD “flagship” model of the Aerobook sold via Chuwi’s official AliExpress store, would you happen to know if the 256GB SSD is occupying the M.2 SSD slot at the bottom of the laptop? Or is that slot empty and we can actually add a 2nd SSD?

    Thanks 🙂

  3. M3-6Y30 is a chip from 2015, come on Chuwi, just go with AMD if Intel CPU shortage is getting out of hand.

  4. I’m still waiting for a proper 12-13″ (narrow bezels) 3:2 form factor laptop
with a lot of battery life (8h office-internet browsing) and decent performance
