Latest Teclast X98 Air II HG9M revision tested with fast Samsung eMMC
My Teclast X98 Air II 64GB model arrived just today, a quick test of the drive gave me a pleasant surprise, I got lucky. The eMMC onboard this particular one is a Samsung CWBD3R and I achieved 165mb/s reads and 109 writes. Cube i10 now available, Cubes answer to the Chuwi Vi10?
The Cube i10 is a new dual boot just released which looks to be Cubes answer to the Chuwi Vi10. It has the same 1366 x 768 screen resolution and 10.6 inch size. Prices have been dropping in the last month, the Chuwi Vi10 is now only $140, and the Teclast X98 Air 3G 64GB model is now $202.95, both have free shipping included. All these price drops make me wonder if they are clearing out stocks for the up and coming new models with Windows 10 or next gen Atom chips? This is the latest 64GB revision of the Teclast X98 Air 3G, the C5J6. They all seem to be using Samsung eMMC drives now, but this is surely dependent on the batch and stocks Teclast have on hand.
