Teclast TBook11 10.6 inch Atom X5 Z8300 2-in-1 Tablet

Teclast TBook11 10.6 inch Atom X5 Z8300 2-in-1 Tablet

So Teclast’s 29th announcement has already been leaked by AliExpress seller OKQI as well as the new Teclast X3 Pro Core M3, we have a new 2 in 1 tablet from them. It’s yet another Atom X5 Z8300 tablet with 4GB of RAM and a 64GB eMMC. I’m surprised it’s not the new refreshed Z8350, Teclast must have plenty of Z8300 stock to use up first or it’s not ready in time.

You can say the TBook11  it’s Teclast’s answer to the Chuwi Hi10 and the Cube i10 Ultimate. It has a nice looking metal housing and a plastic keyboard dock that’s different to Cube and Chuwi’s Transformer Book style dock. Honestly, I prefer the slot in transformer style keyboard, but at this will still do the job.

Other specs include the usual, wireless N, BT 4.0, HDMI out, MicroSD card support and only full USB ports on the dock. But wait, it IS Dual boot. It will be the first Atom cherry Trail 10 Inch dual boot tablet since Chuwi still hasn’t released a Hi10 dual OS model yet. Now if only it had 3G/4G and Wireless N? Something different?

The price? $199 without the keyboard or $239 with it.

Thanks to Alberto96 for pointing this out.

  1. If this tablet does not clock down the IGP of Z8300, has less heat problems than recent Z8300 Chinese tablets and has decent speakers than it’s a good buy for me.

Looking forward to a review if possible since it’s the first 10.6″ Z8300 dual boot Chinese tablet, was hoping the Hi10 or Hi12 would get dual boot but that’s doesn’t look like a possibility right now.

I could care less about the 2MP camera quality as long as they are decent for video chat, also would like to see a review of the keyboard dock too if possible.

    Thanks,

  2. The X16 Pro is older? And the chuwi Hi12 is Windows only?

    • Yes the X16 is older and it’s Windows only for now. Dual boot coming late March/April.

  3. Must resist ………. i like the X98 Plus DB and it meets my requirements. I want one of these but i don’t know why…. help!

  4. Enough with the 16:9 screens already!

At least give it a 16:10, to avoid put the rest totally off

  5. Been waiting to update till love my P98air but with no usb 3 on the tablet will probably still go with the x16 pro or maybe the chuwi Hi12 they reaclly need to lift thier game with proper wifi too. obviously they dont bother reading these chris and make what the customer is wanting.
