Cube replied that instead of budget low powered Atom tablets, their flagship tablet will be a new Skylake. Google Translate isn’t the best, but you get the idea from the Weibo (FYI Millet = Xia...[Read More]
After the mess Cube made of sending out their i7 Stylus last sale with Windows 8.1 without a legit license. Cube has confirmed that the i7 Stylus that’s going to be on sale on the 11.11 $285 sale will have Windows 10 with an official license. Great, so no KMSPico activation which should have never happened in the first place! This $285 deal is no doubt the best offer around on 11.11 for a Co...[Read More]
Aliexpress is known for their big 11.11 sale, looking at the featured Brands for 11.11 Cube will be selling the i7 Stylus for $285 (Thanks to Leon for pointing this out) That’s not a bad deal at all for a Core M 5Y10 4GB Windows 10 tablet with Wacom stylus support. You’ll not find a Core M tablet cheaper than this, but it’s only on the 11th of November and limited to 3,000 units....[Read More]
Gearbest has a sale on the Cube i7 Stylus today, the price has been lowered to $324.89 (down from $351) This is the latest model that ships with Windows 10 as the default OS and not Windows 8.1 which it originally shipped with. The Cube i7 Stylus is the cheapest Core M I have reviewed so far and one of the best ones. And as the Stylus name suggests it also supports a Wacom Stylus. Other specs incl...[Read More]

Cube’s 8 inch iwork8 Ultimate with new updated SoC powered by an Atom X5 Z8300 is out. It’s listed on Gearbest.com for $88.39. It’s possibly the cheapest 8 inch Cherry Trail tablet so far, with an 1280 x 800 IPS panel, 2GB of ram, 32GB eMMC, and Windows 10 Home. But No dual boot on this one yet, none of the new Cherry Trail 8″ ones have dual boot. The design looks to be unc...[Read More]

Cube have announced on their Weibo, the Cube i6 Remix is coming. It’s basically the same tablet as the Cube i6 I reviewed a while ago, but in white and instead of Android 4.4.4 and Windows 8.1 you have Remix as the OS. I do hope they ship it with Remix 2.0 (based off Android 5) And the price? well a cool 699 yuan, that’s around $110 usd in China. Online retailers will no doubt sell thi...[Read More]
Cube have recently released a new International i7 Remix Rom. While I can’t tell if it’s Remix OS 2.0, Cube does state it supports OTA and multi-language. I finally managed to pull the file from Baidu Cloud and reupload it to Drive. Baidu is a nightmare to use and extremely slow! I would assume it has Play Store being an international rom. Unfortunately I no longer have my i7 Remix so...[Read More]
My Cube i10 review is now up, it could quite possibly be the last Bay Trail tablet I review as the next gen Cherry Trail Atom era begins. Speaking of which, next up for review is the X5 Z8500 powered Teclast X98 Pro and the Core M 5Y10 Onda V919 3G. I hope to have both of them next week to start the video and review process. This was posted on Cube’s Weibo today: August 13 there are three days away CUBE will have a major announcement, the next-generation flagship product? Or a new round of cooperation with industry giants, we’ll see. My guess is both, maybe they have a 9.7″ retina Cherry Trail X98 Pro rival in the works? And have also teamed up with Intel like Teclast have? Source: Weibo
Clever forum member Majkel has spotted that the Cube official stylus is, in fact a generic Wacom Stylus used by many brands like Lenovo, Samsung and Microsoft. So if you’re looking to source the exact same stylus as used in my i7 Stylus review. I can confirm it’s identical, down to the box even (without the Samsung branding) then there are many places to source one. It’s a Samsun...[Read More]
