Alldocube X Prototype Demo Posted

AllDoCube has posted a demo of their X prototype model, this is the 6-core MediaTek MTK8176 SoC with a  10.5″ 2560 x 1600 Samsung  Super AMOLED. This is the same panel used in the Samsung Tab S4. It also has a decent HiFi DAC for audio, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage with MicroSD support. It has fingerprint security unlocking and runs Android 8.1. This video is listed as the normal speed one...[Read More]

AllDoCube KNote X – A Downgraded Knote 8 With Celeron N4100

Remember the AllDoCube Knote 8 I reviewed? A 2560 x 1440 13.3″ Core M3-7Y30 tablet with 8GB of RAM. Well probably not, it had a dull screen and very poor speakers but a decent type cover. AllDoCube it seems is reusing this screen and all the rest of it as only the CPU and RAM is changing, it’s going to be coming soon with a Gemini Lake Celeron N4100, 8GB LPDDR4 RAM, and 128GB SSD. As f...[Read More]

Updated Deal: Cube Thinker 13.5″ 3000 x 2000, Core M3-7Y30, 8GB Just $379.99

Update #2: Seems they have sold out of all apart from 7 units, but the price isn’t the flash sale price, keep checking and also check out the Teclast F6 which has the same spec (Core M3, 8GB 256GB) with a better keyboard but a normal 113.3″ 1080p IPS screen. However, this screen can do the full 360-degrees. Gearbest are selling that one on special for $429 with a case, stylus and Logit...[Read More]

Alldocube X – 10.5″ Samsung SAMOLED Display Tablet Coming (Update)

Update: 17th July. New real images of the tablet added, the side bezels look slimmer which is good and the price will be $219 if you’re an early backer and sign up with your email. After that, it will be $269 the standard price. Price wise this isn’t bad considering it has that SAMOLED screen, fingerprint reader, and the spec. Similar tablets sell for around the same price. Alldocube h...[Read More]

Alldocube M5 Review Now Online

Alldocube’s second tablet with the Helio X20 is better than the X1 the 8.9″ version which ran into thermal throttling affecting the performance. The M5 is 10.1 inches with the same 2560 x 1600 resolution, but this time the screen is non-laminated with a gap of about 2mm between the screen and glass. And to top it off that screen isn’t exactly the brightest at around 190 lux. Like...[Read More]

AllDoCube M5 – Yet Another Helio X20 Deca-core 4G/GPS Tablet

Alldocube has released their own budget Helio X20 ten core tablet. This has 4G, dual SIM slots plus MicroSD support. But the more limited Chinese 4G bands. Only supporting bands B1, B3, B38, 39, 40 and 41. Lucky for me 4G will work in Spain but some it will not and you’ll be stuck on 3G only. This tablet is based around a 10.1″ JDI 2560 x 1600 IPS panel, with a 16:10 aspect ratio. It l...[Read More]

Update #2 16th June, the Cube Thinker i35 is now just $459.99 even cheaper on flash sale but limited to only 100 units. This is a great price considering you get 8GB RAM, 256GB of SSD storage and that amazing fully laminated 3000 x 2000 Surface Book screen. Gearbest has some flash sales on right now. More often than not they do, but here are some of the best ones I’ve spotted and tech that I...[Read More]

AllDoCube KNote 8 – 1440p 8GB RAM Core M3-7Y30

AllDoCube has upgraded the KNote I looked at a few months ago, gone is the dull 1080p IPS, now replaced with a fully laminated 2560 x 1440p 13.3″ IPS. The Celeron N3450 is also out, replaced with a Core M3-7Y30 7th Gen. Seems there is still no word from Intel on the 8th Gen Core M3-8Y30 if it’s ever coming. The RAM has also been upgraded to 8GB from 6GB and it has a 256GB SSD, not eMMC...[Read More]

Hands-On With The KNote From AllDoCube

This is an odd release from AllDoCube (Cube) A tablet with the name note in it, yet it doesn’t support a stylus. The screen is a fully laminated one which is great to see. Can’t get enough fully laminated displays even at 1920 x 1080 and 11.6 inches it looks great but does lack on top end brightness somewhat topping out at 270 lux (White images). The build is slim, and as a result, it ...[Read More]

AllDoCube KNote & Power M3 Tablets

AllDoCube has two new tablets coming. An Android 7.0 tablet called the Power M3 (Nothing to do with Core M3’s) and the Knote. The Knote is a 8.9mm thin tablet that’s a 2-in-1, powered by an Apollo Lake N3450 (I was hoping for Gemini Lake) with 6GB of RAM and 128GB eMMC 5.1. It has a type-c port and a fully laminated 11.6″ 1920 x 1080p IPS screen. Alldocube put a big emphasis on t...[Read More]

AllDoCube Freer X9 – 2560 x 1600 8.9″ Android Tablet

My review of the Freer X9 is now online. Edit 16th of October: I’ve just ordered one from Banggood, so will review this one in about two week when it arrives, it’s coming via the free (slow) post method but tax-free from me. AllDoCube (Previously Cube) has a new smaller Android tablet that’s now out. The Freer X9. It has a fully laminated 2560 x 1600 resolution screen, 4GB of RAM...[Read More]

Cube iWork5X First Impressions – A Premium N3450 Laptop

The Cube iwork5X has arrived, and it’s impressive. The build and design look very similar to what I saw on the Cube Thinker i35, their premium Core M3-7Y30 laptop. But unlike the Surface Book screen clad Thinker i35, this screen flips around 360 degrees converting it into a tablet. But one of the cons is the weight, at 1.68 kilos, it’s the heaviest of the Apollo Lake powered devices I&...[Read More]
